Hermes Worker Runtime
A Hermes Agent plugin that runs Kanban cards on external coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode) or on plain commands, while Hermes stays in charge of every card. Assign a card to a lane, and the runtime claims it, runs it in the card's workspace, and records the result on the board.

What it does
- Explicit lanes such as wr:codex or wr:tests
- One ACP client drives Codex, Claude Code and OpenCode
- Deterministic command lanes for tests, linters and builds
- Uses Hermes' own crash detection, retries and circuit breaker
- Ownership-fenced writes so stale runs can't finish newer ones
- Captures changed files as evidence on each card
- Stateless and restart-safe; the board is the source of truth
