Run only the tests your change touches, on any repo, with any mix of runners, and find out which failures are actually yours. It picks the test files that cover what changed, runs each with its own package's runner, kills hangs by name, and checks every failure against the base branch so you know what you broke.

What it does
- Picks only the test files covering your change, including unpushed work
- Uses a codegraph index when one exists to find files that import the changed code
- Runs each file with its own package's runner: jest, vitest, node --test or pytest
- Gives every file its own timeout and names hangs instead of hiding them with --forceExit
- Checks each failure against the base branch, so you know what you broke
- One Python file with no dependencies: CLI, CI-friendly and an MCP server for coding agents
